Not investment advice

Kaizen is a discipline and analytics tool. Nothing on this site or in the tools is investment advice, a recommendation or a signal service. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss; you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

Use of the tools

• Access to the tools is by invitation. Do not share your access, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the tools.
• Tools that connect to Google Drive or other services act only on accounts you sign in with and authorise, and only for the purpose described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may change, suspend or end access to the site or the tools at any time.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The site and the tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kaizen Pro Trading is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use, including trading losses, lost data or interruptions of service.
